Makrebty is operated by Markebty LLC. (“Makrebty”). Terms of the following Privacy Policy describes how Markebty collects, records, holds, stores, uses, discloses, transfers and processes data classified as personal information that Makrebty collects from an individual associated with the services available from Makrebty (the "User") through the website addressed Markebty.com ("Site"). By visiting the Site, the User hereby agree with the method of collection, use, disclosure, and processing of his/her/its Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy. All data that Markebty collects, and processes will be stored and processed based on the procedures that Makrebty implements in order to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

We are committed to conduct our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.

1. CONSENT FOR COLLECTION, USE AND DISCLOSURE

a) The User's use of the Site and/or registration for Markebty services constitutes his/her/its consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy. Users are deemed to have fully and unreservedly accepted this Privacy Policy once they tick the box "I accept the Site's Terms and Conditions" when creating their User accounts. If this box is not ticked, it will be impossible to create a User account or use the Makrebty services, which Users acknowledge.

b) Markebty reserves the right to modify the Privacy Policy at any time, in which case the changes become effective when they are published on the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes Users’ implicit acceptance of the latest updated version of the Privacy Policy.

c) Makrebty will notify the User by email regarding material changes to this Privacy Policy that will affect information collected from him/here/it in the future. In certain circumstances, however, Makrebty will not notify the User, such as in connection with an investigation of a breach of an agreement, contravention of laws, an emergency where the life, health or security of an individual is threatened, the collection of a debt or in compliance with the request of a law enforcement agency or a court order.

d) The User may withdraw his/here/its consent for collection, use and disclosure at any time by sending an email using to Makrebty. If the User withdraw his/here/its consent for collection, Makrebty may suspend its provision of services to the USer.

e) If the User provides personal information of any third party to Makrebty, this latter would assume that the User have obtained the required consent from the relevant third party to share and transfer his/her/its personal information to Markebty.

2. WHEN THE USER CREATES A MAKREBTY ACCOUNT, OR OTHERWISE PROVIDE MARKEBTY WITH HIS/HER/ITS PERSONAL INFORMATION THROUGH THE PLATFORM, THE PERSONAL INFORMATION MARKEBTY COLLECTS MAY INCLUDE:

a) Complete name

b) Identification number and/or details

c) Company’s name (if any)

d) Home and/or work address

e) Email address

f) Credit card details

g) Bank account details

h) Phone number (mobile and/or fixed line)

i) Information about the User's URL website (if any)

3. PURPOSES FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION

Markebty collects and reserves the right to use the User's personal information for the following purposes:

a) to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or government request In order to comply with the above mentioned regulations Markebty will be collecting Personal Data from the User which include:

1. Full name (as in the User's Identification Document (“ID”))

2. Address (as in the User's ID)

6. Specimen of the User's signature (if required)

8. Source of fund

9. Purpose of transaction

b) to understand the User's needs regarding Markebty 's services;

c) to improve Markebty’s Site and Markebty’s services for the User;

d) to fulfill the User's requests for services and/or information;

e) to communicate with the User and site visitors, when necessary, and to inform the User of upgrades, as well as of other services available from Markebty, its affiliates and third parties upon User's consent;

f) to allow the User to access limited-entry areas of Markebty's site;

g) to personalize some of Markebty's services for the User;

h) to respond to a legitimate claim, or to address Markebty’s reasonable belief, that the User is violating the rights of any third party or any of the agreements or policies that govern the User's use of the site or any Markebty service;

i) to protect the services, products or rights of Markebty, including but not limited to the security or integrity of the Markebty site

j) to identify and resolve technical problems concerning Markebty 's site, and/or services

k) Markebty also uses the User's personal information for its business analysis, operational, marketing and other promotional purposes.

Markebty may hire affiliates or other third parties to provide some products and/or services on Markebty’s behalf, then Markebty will provide those companies only the personal information they need for the identified purposes, and Markebty will limit their rights to use and further disclose his/her/its personal information as appropriate in the course of their work for Markebty.

4. LIMITING THE COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Markebty limits its collection of personal information only to the fact that the information is necessary for the identified purposes. Markebty does not direct its site to, nor does it knowingly collect any personal information from persons under the age of eighteen (18 years).

5. COLLECTION OF COMPUTER DATA

When the User visits Markebty’s Site, Markebty servers will automatically record information that his/her/its browser sends whenever the User visits a Site. This data may include:

a) The User's computer's IP address

b) Browser type

c) Webpages the User visited before he/she/it came to the Site

d) The pages within the Site which the User visited

e) The time spent on those pages, items and information searched for on the Site, access times and dates, and other statistics

f) This information is collected for analysis and evaluation in order to help Markebty to improve its Site and the services Markebty provides.

6. DISCLOSURE, PROCESSING AND RETENTION

Markebty will not disclose any of the User's personal information to anyone else, except :

a) to Markebty's employees, independent contractors, subsidiaries, affiliates, consultants, business associates, service providers, suppliers and agents, acting on Markebty's behalf for any of the identified purposes

b) if Markebty has a reason to believe that disclosure is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference (either intentionally or unintentionally) with Markebty’s rights or property, other Users of Markebty’s Site, products or services, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities

c) to respond to judicial process and provide information to law enforcement agencies or in connection with an investigation on matters related to public safety, as permitted by law, or otherwise as required by law

After the User's account becomes inactive (that is, if the User requests to be removed from Markebty’s database), Markebty will keep the User's personal information in its archives for a reasonable duration. The User's information will be used only as necessary for tax reason or to prove Markebty's compliance with any applicable law.

7. ACCURACY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

a) Markebty will use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the User's personal information accurate for the identified purposes. The Users are responsible for informing Markebty about changes to their personal information from time to time.

b) In order to prevent any issue related to fraud, Markebty may conduct a measurement of verification with the help of trusted third parties to verify any personal Information given by the User.

c) The User shall be informed that in order to implement the above-mentioned measurements of verification, Markebty may request the User to provide copies of documents related to his/here/its personal information; including but not limited to the User's ID Card/Passport, bank books, etc.

d) Data related to bank accounts and other financial information will never be disclosed to anyone through this Site, unless Markebty is required to disclose it to a third party or any regulator or courts after notifying the User.

8. SECURITY SAFEGUARDS

Markebty ensures that all information collected will be safely and securely stored. Markbety protects the User personal information by:

a) Restricting access to personal information

b) Maintaining technology products to prevent unauthorized computer access

c) Securely destroying the User's personal information when it is no longer needed for any legal or business purpose

If the User believes that his/here/its privacy has been breached or compromised, he/she/it should contact Markebty immediately.

The User's password is the key to his/her/its account. The User should use unique numbers, letters and special characters, and should not share his/her/its password to anyone. If the User do share the password with third parties, the User shall be responsible for all actions taken in the name of his/her/its account and the consequences.

If the User lose control of his/here/its password, the User may lose substantial control over his/her/its personal information and other information submitted to Markebty. The User could also be subject to legally binding actions taken on his/her/its behalf. Therefore, if the User password has been compromised for any reason or if the User has grounds to believe that his/her/its password has been compromised, the User should immediately contact Markebty and change his/her/its password. The Users are reminded to log off from their account and close the browser when finished using a shared computer.

9. ACCESS TO PERSONAL INFORMATION

a) Markebty will afford the User a reasonable opportunity to review the personal information in his/her/its file, if the User submits a request via email using Markebty’s contacts.

b) Markebty have the right to request any inaccurate or incomplete information to be amended as appropriate. Markebty will promptly correct such personal information.

10. POSSIBILITY THE APPEARANCE OF ANY WEBSITE LINKS OWNED BY THIRD PARTY

Pages of this Site may provide links to website owned by third parties. Markebty will not be responsible for the operational and/or business activities of those websites, including but not limited to information contained in their websites. Markebty strongly recommends the User to cautiously read and understand their Privacy Policy before the User shares his/her/its personal information to those websites owned by third parties.

The User acknowledges that Markebty has no control over these sites and external sources. Consequently, Markebty cannot be held responsible for the availability of these sites and external sources and declines all responsibility for the content, advertising, products, services and any other element available on them. In addition, Markebty cannot be held liable for any damage or loss, proven or alleged, resulting from or connected with access to, the use of or reliance on the content, goods or services available on these sites or external sources.

11. INDEMNTIY

The Users agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Markebty, its officers, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, directors, officers, agents, service providers, suppliers and employees, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys' fees) arising from: (i) User's use of and access to the Site and/or the service; (ii) User's violation of any of the Site's terms and conditions; (iii) User's violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights, trade secret or other property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that the User's content caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive termination, modification or expiration of this Privacy Policy and the User's use of the service and the Site.

12. LIABILITY

In the event of a claim, the Users may under no circumstances engage Markebty's liability, unless due to the gross negligence of Markebty. In addition to the cases provided for in this Privacy Policy and the liability of Markebty is excluded in the following cases:

a) Unlawful use of the Site and/or the service by the User,

b) Abnormal function of the Site and/or the service,

c) fraudulent intrusion by a third party into the Site and/or the Service,
